Books: This is a wide selection of publications and in-draft publications of Dr. McGarty. They show a broad base of interests from the highly technical through policy areas which we have found are key to understanding many of the complex infrastructure issues we face.
White Papers: These are somewhat long papers on topics of current interest. They cover the broad scope of interest from telecommunications, health care policy and economics, as well as understanding the economic and political issues which will affect future investments. Telmarc believes that it must be prepared to understand as many dimensions as possible. We also have some older documents on Feasibility plans for fiber broadband.
Papers: These are some of Dr. McGarty's papers of topical interest over the past thirty years. They also demonstrate out expanding interest in the genomics area.
These efforts represent a continuing investment on the part of Telmarc in developing and expending its capabilities in an ever expanding area of opportunities. It is one of our core beliefs that we must continue to reach the edge of the developments in the fields in which we focus and this requires not only understanding the developments but in articulating that understanding in our writings.
